well, that's a little boring how things turned out for me, because this is an image you may have already seen before. this photo was taken at the blue suede cruise in norwalk, ohio. the blue suede cruise is a huge car show that is held every summer. it is one of the biggest i have ever seen, because there is a huge open grassy field that is just COVERED in classic cars and hot rods. every year i drool over my favorites and every year i ask someone to hot-wire one for me. i never get one. they also have things like flame-throwing contests, burn out contests, drag racing, live music and more. one year i got to see the coasters ("charlie brown," "yakety yak," etc). another time i saw the lovin spoonful ("daydream," "you didn't have to be so nice," etc). and THEN there was the year that bill haley's comets played. not only is bill haley himself dead, but the old guy who was stuck singing for the band was senile and couldn't remember any of the words. it was soooo depressing. this year i was so excited to take josh to the BSC for the first time, but it ended up that the hours were way shorter and they had none of the extras like contests or music, so we didn't go. WAH! maybe next year.
